Do I need a "client login" to schedule a photography shoot?

Yes, you do need a client login to schedule a photography shoot. However, you can call and book with directly with Christopher at (619) 942-1189.

How long does it take to get all the photos at a property?

It depends on which package or a la carte service you select! Typically it will take anywhere from 15 minute to 60 minutes to take all of the necessary photos/videos.

How long does it take to receive back the photos?

It takes our editor typically 24 hours to turn around all of the photos and edits. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders then the latest it will take is 48 hours.

Do I have to book online through the portal?

No, you are more than welcome to contact me at (619) 942-1189! My name is Christopher and I am happy to help schedule your photography session for you.

What happens if I need to reschedule my photography session?

If you need to reschedule your photography session it is best to call Christopher at (619) 942-1189. He will be able to handle rescheduling the photography shoot. Note* If you are rescheduling on the day of the photography session we do charge a $15 rescheduling fee.

What areas do you serve, and do you charge extra for locations outside of the San Diego area?

We serve all of San Diego! If you have a property that you are not sure whether we can help with, just contact Christopher at (619) 942-1189. 

I already have drone photos from another photographer but would like Prime Time to edit them?

We are happy to edit drone photos if they have already been taken. However, just know that we are experts at optimizing our drones to get the best angles of your listing. Working with photos from different photographers does not always produce the same results that you see on our website. Sometimes the outside photographer does not take a high or low enough photo that we need. Contact us for further information!

Do I need to be at the property while you are taking photos?

It depends! If we are just doing exterior and drone photos then the answer is no. If we are doing interior photos with tenants in place then we do ask that you come to the property with us so that we can get into the units professionally.
